Als Antwort auf Johannes. Frumet, daughter of Todros Scheiber (Rendek), was the first wife of Asher Falk Leitner and the mother of all his children. She died in 1896. Four years later he married his second wife, Mrs. Brandwein. His third wife was a widow by the name of Popper.

Albert Leitner had three wives. He married Fani (Frumat) Schreiber in 1855 and had ten children with her. She died in 1896. He then married Marie/Katalin Brandweiner Jellinek in 1897. After she died in 1905, he married another widow, Karoline Hilf Popper in 1906.

She shows up as Marie Brandweiner, daughter of Baruch Brandweiner and Netty in her birth record in 1837. Her father was Heinrich (Baruch Hirsh) Brandweiner. Her marriage to Albert Leitner in 1897 was her second marriage. Her first marriage was to a man named JELLINEK.

@Carole: In your comment you write, that Albert (Asher Falk) Leitner is the husband of Fani (Frumat) Scheiber. But in this inscription we read, that Mirjam Chaja was the wife of Ascher Falk, and too, in the records we read that she was the wife of Albert Leitner ...?
