On Facebook there is a group of about 50 people with ties to ancestors in Mattersdorf’s Jewish community. Additionally, many of us have been working together to build a huge Mattersdorf Jewish family tree on Geni.com. There are thousands of names in it already and some families, such as the Breuer and Schischa families, have been traced back to the early 1600s.
