As you see they are from the diaspora with a SHIN = ש as against PEH = פ for the ones for Israel. One of them has a PEH.
As you know there are two kinds of DREYDLs, one for the Holyland and the other for the diaspora. The SHIN stands for שם = there and PEH = Here (in the Holyland).
