It is very surprising that the picture of Abraham with the Angels is placed towards the end of the HAGADA, and his wife SARA is missing in the drawing. Actually it does not show why they came for a visit, certainly not for the food and drink.
Each of the three Angels had a duty. The first was to inform Sara that she will bear a child. The second was sent to destroy Sodom (SDOM), and the third to save Lot. On enlarging the picture we see an Angel over Sodom– the mission of the second one.
The drawing of Abraham, the three Angels and Sara are usually placed just after the four sons, at the history of the forefathers who worshiped Idols, up to the three fathers of the Jewish Nation: Abraham, Isaac and Jacob (Avraham, Yitzhak and Ya'akov).
The picture usually shows Abraham kneeling facing the Angels and Sara behind a door while the Angels inform them that the following year she will bear a son.
There is an interesting picture of Abraham and the three Angels in the HAGADA of Moravia (1737). On that illustration we see a stork's nest. Storks were believed to deliver new babies.
