The second line of the acrostic states plainly:
ויהי אך יצא יצאה האם וילקח הנער
The mother had just left and the boy was taken.

I know that Joseph Meir was known in the family as &quot;Rudy&quot; but so far haven&#039;t found any documents to support that knowledge.

His father and 7 siblings are all buried in Israel.]]></description>
