his Jewish name יוסף צבי קאהן.
I think that his father’s name is Elyakim Kohn due to the fact that my late father name was Elyakim Michael Kohn

Regina (Rachel) Trebitsch Kohn and Regina (Rebeka) Trebitsch Kohn were sisters.

It is apparent from the duplication of the names that the secular names were just a formality and that the Yiddish/Hebrew names were likely the way the sisters were addressed in the family.
