Yitzchok Stroh is correct. She was the first wife of Zalmon (Shlomo) Breuer. Zalmon was the son of David Breuer and Shvartzel Deutsch.

Rachel’s maiden name appears as Rosa Steiner in the birth record of her son S. Wolf Breuer born in 1880 in Sopron.

She is the wife of Salomon Breuer of Sopron (I don’t know which one) . I think her maiden name was Steiner. Her father was Shmuel Hirsch.
