Lazar Chaim married his first cousin Franziska (Fradel) Deutsch. They had four children:
1. Isidor (Yisroel), born 1872
2. Moritz (Moshe Dov), born 1875
3. Sophie, born 1877, married Abraham Hirschfeld
4. Adolf Breuer, born 1881
