She married Josef Lazar Abeles on 22 Jun 1830 and had at least six children: Abraham Hirschel, Karolina/Rosalia (Rachel Lea) Deutsch, Wilhelm Loeb, Moshe Beer, Netti, and Johanna who married Salamon Wolf Abeles.

Josef Lazar Abeles was the son of Gaon Rabbi Binyamin Wolf Abeles and Sarah Chajes. After Sarah’s first husband died she married the renowned rabbi, SImcha Bunim Gins (Eger).
